The 1926 ovperprinted 'POSTAGE' issue were not overprinted SPECIMEN by the UPU when distributed to the Postal Authorities.

Some Authorities did apply their own recieving handstamps to these stamps, some even reading SPECIMEN but i don't believe these are from this orgin, given the uneven application of the type i would personally conclude these to be forgeries?
