Just looks off a printer, LT too far spaced (typical windows type setting), i don't think month slugs had padded 0 - i.e. should be 1 not 01 ?.. Code letter A too big, should be same size .. Thoughts?

Further incidents and analysis of this and HPY-FRG-CNL-02 and HPY-FRG-CNL-03 suggest identical stamp?.. possible this includes a forged stamp as well as cancel?
