I found a second 1919 Specimen stamp, which appears to have a forged cancel applied to mask the SPECIMEN overprint, this time included within a fairly good collection.

The stamp has been mounted on a piece.

Its suprising that in the 30 years i've never seen one before and i've just seen two within the last two week!?
